One of the features of our site allows
you to input the names and addresses of designated recipients of Copy General greeting cards.
Recipient names and addresses are never used by Copy General for any purpose other than
completing and processing your order and verifying compliance with our website

Such information is stored on Copy General servers until you delete
it or if your account is unused for a period exceeding 14 months for purposes of allowing you
to access such information using your chosen user name and password.
• Personalized Text Via Input From Customer:
One feature of our site allows you to
voluntarily input information such as personalized messages to greeting cards when
making an order. Such information is never used by Copy General for any purpose other
than completing and processing your order and verifying compliance with our website
Terms and Conditions. Such information is stored on Copy General servers for a period
of 14 days for purposes of allowing you to access such information using your chosen
user name and password.
• Cookies:
Copy General may set and access one or more cookies on your computer.
A cookie is a small file stored on your hard disc drive. Cookies may contain
different types of information such as site preferences and login information.
Copy General does not use any cookie to link to personally identifiable information
on our site. Cookies expire after a period of time specified in the cookie.
This ranges from a few hours to years. Some areas of our website requires use of

It is up to the customer to provide a secure password. Copy General cannot be
responsible should someone else learn or know your password.
We provide our customers with a secure experience when they are purchasing our products.
Although we will use all reasonable means to safeguard the privacy of your personal information,
transmissions made via the Internet cannot be made absolutely secure.
When our forms ask users to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number)
that information is encrypted and is protected with SSL, While on a secure page,
such as forms seeking credit card information to complete a purchase, the lock icon on the
bottom of Web browsers such as Netscape navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer
becomes locked, as opposed to un-locked, or open.

check your images or in any way review your personalized cards.

• Necessary to legally protect and defend the rights or property of Copy General,
its affiliates and subsidiaries
• Required to enforce our “Terms and Conditions.”
We may, from time-to-time, use aggregate
(non-personal) data to help us refine our sites and marketing activities.
In no case will specific names be used or targeted regarding such activities.
