Do I
need special programs to use Brightdoc?
Brightdoc is designed to work with your browser and
offers a simple interface to make creating your custom cards
fun and easy!
Can I put my own pictures on the
cards?
Yes. All image files must be JPEG (.jpg) files and the
system will help you use files that will print at the
highest quality. 300 dpi images will produce excellent
results.
What kind of stock do you use?
Brightdoc uses a premium coated cover stock for our cards
and a combination of premium coated text and cover for our calendars for a
quality feel and great color!
What is the turnaround?
Your job will be ready to ship in 2-3 business days or less.
Do you offer mailing services?
Yes, we can address your envelopes, apply postage, and
deliver them to the post office. You can upload and maintain
your list (or lists) right on this site.
What advantages are there to having you do my mailing?
You will have the convenience of a one-source solution
for printing and mailing, you will save on shipping or
delivery charges, your turnaround will be faster, and we
guarantee the process looks much better than inkjet
addressing or labels.
Does using your mailing services add to turnaround?
Yes, it will add a day or two to the total time. However, your cards
will probably be in the mail before you would receive the printed pieces to do it yourself.
How do I send my address list?
We currently accept two file formats:
Excel spreadsheets or tab-delimited (.txt).There
are tools to submit and prepare your list right on this
site!
